Would you clean while staying on a longer stays?
Yes, if your stay is longer than a week we will book in with yourself and our cleaner to arrange a weekly clean.
If you clean per week of my stay what does this include?
A refresh, the cleaner will lightly clean the areas of the lounge. Kitchen and Bathroom, replace of the bath mat and towels. Plus a light clean in the bedrooms and replace of any used towels for clean ones.
Is there a dishwasher?
We have properties with dishwashers and some without. If you would like a dishwasher on your stay, please add that as a request. And we can arrange your stay in the property that best suits.
Is there a Hairdryer?
Yes, we keep the hairdryers in the basket bundles downstairs.
What's in the basket bundle downstairs?
Instructions on our notice boards gives you instructions and locations to the cleaning products etc, and the basket bundle supplies the iron, hairdryer, bin liners, cleaning spray, washing up liquid, cleaning cloth and scour.
Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed.
